The experience at FG Barnes Used Cars Guildford was fantastic because Natalie was ready to answer any questions and when we wanted a good deal she listened to what we wanted. She wasn't pushy at all but patient and considerate. She also put us at our ease during the test drive by sitting in the back - so it felt more natural having my partner sitting beside me rather than a 'stranger' . Natalie also responded very quickly to extra email enquiries I had.
